In our career journeys and diversity, we all at one time consider quitting jobs whether it is contributed by our work environment or from within, or pressure from family, it is always best to do it with consciousness.
It is with understanding that one time or the other, people happens to returning to their past workplaces. Therefore, don’t burn the bridges. Returning to your former workplace may be open scars from past wounds if care was not taken at the time of previous quit.
Apparently quitting is normal and it’s happening with a conscious thought so before you quit;
- Create a profile of yourself in that company. Write down your worth of achievements that you have achieved and you have left the marks that you created.
- Build a report of yourself other possible ways of making the environment better working space for everyone after you. Always make sure that your work desk was better off with you than even for anybody else in the past.
- Make sure that you are utilized the resources given to you in a manner to get that career satisfaction, in as much as you may not be rewarded.
- Bring an evaluation of yourself to make a positive image of your career in respect to the responsibilities, that were placed in your hands, most so let your image speak better than your words, let your achievements move miles to speak of you, let your absence be felt in the results.

- Never disrespect people your superiors you are juniors you appears your colleagues everybody that is within your work environment. Don’t create an image that they will look up to you, and don’t let anybody read between the lines by how you talk behave speak your mind etc., even if you got an appointment for a better job, quit the job with the greatest respect.
- Finally when ending your career in that particular environment, make sure that there is a divider in terms of relationship between your career and the personalities surrounding your career or work environment. This will help you perform in your own area amidst toxic personalities, without affecting your work schedule structure, as the result and productivity, it opens a door where books will store some history of a career minded individual who performed amidst the storms.
