Role. Light Cargo Sales Manager.
Location. Mombasa
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Kenya light cargo sanitary ware team
2. Investigate market information
3. Assist in formulating relevant policies.
4. Reasonably arrange team work and create a good team atmosphere;
5. Improve team training and provide professional skills and other training to the team on a regular basis as required;
6. Organize two regular department meetings for employees as required to ensure the quality of the meetings and to be held on time.
7. Report on the overall work of the team to direct superiors as required;
8. Ensure that the team’s overall work tasks are completed on time and with quality
9. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Knowledge & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
2. Experience in cargo operations, logistics, or transportation.
3. Knowledge of Industry Standards.
4. Team Collaboration.
