1. Assistant Manager – Restaurants

Location: Chiromo Lane, Nairobi Nairobi County, Kenya

As the Assistant Manager for our restaurants, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your role includes supervising the restaurant team, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to innovative dining concepts.

2. Chef De Cuisine (Italian)

Location: Westlands, Nairobi Nairobi County, Kenya

Bring authentic Italian cuisine to life as the Chef De Cuisine at Sankara Nairobi Autograph Collection. In this role, you will lead a team of culinary professionals, design exquisite menus, and ensure top-notch preparation and presentation of Italian dishes.

3. Chief Steward

Location: Chiromo Lane, Nairobi Nairobi County, Kenya

As Chief Steward, you will oversee the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment. You will manage stewarding staff, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and support the kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.

4. Financial Controller-B

Location: Chiromo Lane, Nairobi Nairobi County, Kenya

Take charge of the financial management and strategy of the JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi. As Financial Controller, you will oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring the financial health and growth of the property.

5. Income Auditor

Location: Chiromo Lane, Nairobi Nairobi County, Kenya

The Income Auditor ensures that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Your role includes reconciling accounts, monitoring revenue streams, and supporting the finance team in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

6. Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining

Location: Chiromo Lane, Nairobi Nairobi County, Kenya

Lead our all-day dining restaurant as the Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will develop menus, train staff, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. You’ll also manage inventory and drive innovative dining promotions.

7. Night Auditor

Location: Chiromo Lane, Nairobi Nairobi County, Kenya

As a Night Auditor, you will manage the hotel’s overnight operations, including reconciling daily revenue, auditing guest accounts, and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs for late-night arrivals and departures.

8. Pastry Sous Chef
