We continue to build one of Africa’s strongest entrepreneurship support organisations – and we are looking for someone who can help ensure our teams grow with us.

 

As GrowthAfrica expands its work across the continent, we are looking for a Nairobi-based Head of Talent & Human Capital to join our Senior Leadership Team.

 

This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring that our people and systems support delivery across our programmes and teams.

You will:

 design and lead our people strategy

 support workforce planning across core business activities

 align talent acquisition with programme delivery

 lead organisational learning and development

 oversee performance management systems

  provide leadership with workforce insights using data

We are passionately searching for someone who:

 has translated organisational strategy into people systems

 has led geographically dispersed teams

 understands how performance management supports delivery

 can work independently in complexity and ambiguity

 wants to be part of a serious and committed team

 

If you have worked in entrepreneur support, venture advisory, consulting, corporate innovation, or ecosystem programmes – this should resonate.
