Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven Country Manager to lead Kenya operations and drive profitable growth.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Own full country P&L performance and ensure strong margin discipline
  • Lead and close high-value enterprise ICT deals
  • Drive gross profit growth while protecting deal margins
  • Build executive relationships with key decision-makers
  • Represent the organization at industry and government forums
  • Manage distributor & OEM partnerships to optimize pricing and rebates
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance country team
 
What We’re Looking For:
  •  8–12 years’ experience in enterprise ICT sales
  •   Strong commercial mindset with financial literacy
  •   Experience managing complex deal cycles and large accounts
  •   Proven leadership and negotiation skills
  •   Ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results
 
This is a senior leadership role combining strategic sales, financial oversight, and strong market presence.
