Job Overview:

We are seeking aggressive and results-driven Trade Sales Representatives (TSRs) to promote and sell high-quality cement and construction materials to hardware stores and small construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

 Drive sales and business growth by identifying and securing new customers.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with hardware store owners, contractors, and small-scale construction projects.

 Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned regions.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

 Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns.

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate reports.

 

Qualifications:

 A strong passion for sales and business development.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 Prior experience in construction materials or hardware sales is an added advantage.

 Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
