Agro BV, the Europe extension of New Agrodeal Kenya Limited, is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team!

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in herbs, vegetables, and flowers to support our European operations. The ideal candidate must be based in the Netherlands and will play a key role in driving sales, expanding our market reach, and maintaining client relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Agro BV’s presence in Europe
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the fresh produce industry
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with European quality standards and market regulations
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Must be a resident of the Netherlands
  • Proven sales experience in the herbs, vegetables, and flowers industry
  • Strong knowledge of the European fresh produce market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
