## Sales Manager – Paint Sector
 
**Key responsibilities**
* Manage all large and strategically important clients, ensuring enhanced client satisfaction.
* Responsible for sales and strategy implementation in the African region (Including support to the license partner in Kenya)
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and establish strategic relations with key decision makers
* Meet potential clients to promote the business through understanding their business needs and aspirations.
* Provide support to Head of Department in setting up of the Short & Long term plans, forecasting, pricing, discounts, schemes for the overall functioning of the Department in line with the organizational mission and vision.
* Recommend process improvements to enhance client experience, by simplifying and streamlining all internal end to end client management and operation processes.
* Liaise with Commercial / Technical Contractors and promote the products and ensure their agreement / approval.
 
** Qualifications:**
* A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Proven experience in Sales and Business Development within the Paint or Construction industries
* Travel as applicable within the African region to attend various seminars, and events and Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
* Able to cope up with stress as working under deadlines.
* Active “hands-on” sales approach with high level of energy
* Highly motivated and results orientated person, perseverant, able to work with limited daily supervision.
 
 
## Business Development Manager – Paint Sector

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Open new markets (Countries) within the African region and develop leads into business
* Follow new business opportunities in African Region markets along with management of existing customers
* Write proposals and business plans for securing business opportunities
* Generate sales for the company according to selected target areas and budget
* Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients to understand their needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
* Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
* Responsible for the turnover and profitability of the markets

## Junior Receptionist
 
**Duties**
* Support the reception desk by welcoming candidates and clients, explaining assessments to candidates and other delegated admin tasks.

## General Manager
 
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the dried fruit division and ensure it meets the company’s overall goals.
* Manage day-to-day activities, including production, procurement, quality control, staffing, and logistics.
* Develop business plans, set up operational policies, and manage annual budgets.
* Lead sales efforts, expand into export markets, and support new product development.
* Make sure the division follows food safety standards and meets local and international certification requirements.
* Hire, train, and manage teams in production, sales, and office functions.
* Track business performance and report progress to senior management.
* Follow company values and ensure legal compliance, especially in labor and environmental matters.
 
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* A degree in Business, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field (a master’s degree is an added advantage).
* At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role in food processing, agribusiness, or the FMCG sector.
* Proven track record in factory/start-up management, supply chain leadership, and market growth.
* Experience working with dried fruits or other value-added agricultural products.
* Understanding of export markets and international food safety and certification standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO, Organic, BRC).
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 
 
## Project Supervisor – Paint Industry
 
** Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist superiors on providing all technical services to client and customers with satisfaction.
* Prepare policies and process improvements within Technical & Service functions as advised by superiors.
* Handling complaints: Troubleshooting technical issues that arise from customers/sales personnel, Investigating the source of the complaint through site visits.
* Collaborate with sales staff, verify substrate readiness, and train/oversee painters as they work on large-scale potential sites, and conducting random QC visits.
* Keeping the technical staff in licensing agreement markets trained and up to date.
* Make sure that dealers and applicators in the Kenya markets receive training on new products every three months and that there are regular product presentations to applicators.
* Project Documentation: It is important to record all site visits in the CRM system

* Proven experience in project supervision or coordination, preferably within the paint, coatings, or construction industry

* Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, distributors, and partners
* Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in project execution
* Willingness to travel within Kenya and across the region, as needed
