Job Description
We’re hiring a Partner Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager – and we’re looking for someone with the experience and drive to strengthen impact tracking across Africa’s leading community conservation organizations.
This is a remote, Africa-based position with up to 30% regional travel.

About the Role:
You’ll work with over 50 of our portfolio partners to build and refine their MEL systems – helping them track and communicate the tangible impacts of community-led conservation, from economic benefits to ecosystem restoration.
What we’re looking for:
7–10 years of experience in MEL (conservation and livelihoods a strong plus)
Proven expertise in designing practical MEL systems with local organizations
Skills in participatory processes, Theory of Change, and environmental indicators
A collaborative, analytical, and flexible mindset
Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese is a plus
